Your tasks and responsibilities
As member of the Talent Acquisition Team in the Talent Management department you will participate and offer support in the main activities and the ongoing projects. The core activities are focused on Recruitment and Selection in Bayer Benelux. Main tasks and responsibilities - Be part of and help to develop the ongoing projects of Talent Marketing and Talent Pooling - Offer support for the daily activities of recruitment and selection - Taking part of the full screening process - Follow up of the open vacancies and candidates - Act as the point of contact between the candidate and the hiring managers - Take ownership of a specific project related to Talent Acquisition
Who you are
- Preferably a master in labor and organizational psychology - Motivated and eager to learn new things - Good in organizing, structuring and “getting things done” - Fluent in English, French and Dutch in speaking, reading and writing - Able to work in team but also independently - Available from September 2019
